Terms of sale - Cedstamantattoo

These terms apply to purchases made in the cedstamantattoo.ca shop. By placing an order, you accept them.

The merchant

Prices are in Canadian dollars. The total to pay, including shipping and applicable taxes, is shown before payment.
Payment is made online by credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna or Affirm, depending on what is offered for your order. It is processed securely by Stripe.
The amount is charged when the order is placed. You immediately receive an email confirmation, which serves as your receipt.

The shipping options and fees offered are shown at checkout, based on the destination country.
Orders to be mailed are prepared and handed to Canada Post within 3 to 5 business days. An email lets you know when the order ships, with the tracking number when the chosen option includes one. Transit times are Canada Post’s and are not guaranteed.
Pickup at the studio is free. You will be contacted to arrange a time.
An untracked shipment that never arrives: write to me. For a mailed gift card, a new card with the same code is sent to you, since its balance remains protected.

They never expire and no fees apply.
They are used at the studio, toward a tattoo, in one or several visits; the balance can be checked at any time on the Gift card page of the website.
The digital card is sent by email as soon as payment is confirmed, to you or to the person you named. The printed card is mailed, with its code handwritten on it.
They cannot be exchanged for cash. A lost card can be recovered with its code or your purchase email.

An order can be cancelled and fully refunded as long as it has not shipped or, for a gift card, as long as the card has not been used.
An item received damaged or not matching the order is replaced or refunded, shipping included. Write to me within 14 days of receiving it, with a photo.
A refund is made to the original payment method, within 10 days of the agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, including the Consumer Protection Act. They do not limit any of the rights that act grants you.
